Evidence-based therapy in a safe, respectful space
I
trained and qualified as a psychologist internationally, then specialized as a Cognitive
Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP Accredited) &offering EMDR,
with international clinical experience.
My
aim is simple: to create an environment where you can feel heard, understood and supported — and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing.
I
work collaboratively, with transparency and therapeutic kindness. Together, we
build a structured therapy process that supports stability, autonomy and
confidence in your own internal resources.
Who I work with
Adults navigating anxiety, trauma and life transitions
You might be living with constant anxiety
that never fully settles.
You may be carrying the impact of a single traumatic event — or repeated
experiences that shaped how safe the world feels.
You might have moved countries, cultures or roles in life and feel ungrounded
or misunderstood.
You
may find yourself awake at night, feeling alone with your thoughts.
If
any of this resonates, you’re not alone — and therapy can offer a structured
space to understand what’s happening and work toward change.
My therapeutic approach
A method based on scientific evidence
Each
therapy is personalized, adjusted following your needs and agreed targets.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT) which helps to understand how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours
influence each other. Together, we look at the patterns that keep difficult
feelings going and develop practical skills to respond differently.
If trauma plays a role, I use trauma-focused
CBT and EMDR. These approaches can help you feel more grounded in
the present, build emotional stability, and gradually process past experiences.
My clinical experience
Over
1500 supported in public and private healthcare
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of psychological difficulties and levels of difficulty, including:
Generalized anxiety
Social anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, panic attack, phobias
Trauma
PTSD and C-PTSD
Treatment resistant depression
Stress, burnout, low self-esteem
I regularly work with people who live with neurological conditions: Autism and ADHD learning difficulties. Chronic physical conditions: fibromyalgia, chronic pain, IBS/IBD, diabetes, COPD, heart conditions.
My international experience
Working
in the UK, Italy and Japan
Working internationally in academic and
clinical settings has strengthened my ability to offer culturally adapted
therapy, shaped around your background, identity and lived experience.
When it matters to you, I can also work in a spiritually
informed, client-led way—respecting your values and beliefs (including
none)—so therapy feels aligned and meaningful
